Fund construction of new fighter jets
I believe it's been long enough, and that many people in the Ministry of Defence, RAF, media, and amongst the general public would agree that we need to build more new fighter jets.
If not because of the ongoing Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP), I think we must produce and field more of the new and latest fighter jets to keep the RAF and our Military Industrial Complex up to date. I believe increased uncertainty regarding the Trump administration's position should also see the UK distance themselves from the US and focus on the development of the GCAP program and further improvements to and construction of new fighter jets.
