Make smokers, alcoholics and drug uses pay for their own health care if it's directly linked
I want the government to make people pay for their own healthcare if their decline in health has been caused by their own actions, for example, smokers Should have to pay for their healthcare if they have bronchitis.
Not all healthcare is included, so those who become paralysed in a car accident don't have to pay.
Can be tested for illegal substances using urine tests.
Should reduce drug use, and create an overall healthier society.
