Save Dry Street Pastures
We the residents of Basildon and the wider community of Essex call upon the Homes and Communities Agency to withdraw its plans to build upon the land north of Dry Street known as Dry Street Pastures, a designated Local Wildlife site (LoWs) which contains UK BAP Priority Habitats of i) Lowland Meadows ii) Hedgerows. The land supports endangered, rare and protected species and forms part of the Langdon Living Landscape which provides landscape scale conservation. It is an important green lung between the town of Basildon and the busy A13 and offers recreational, sporting and economic benefits to the community.
Please sign to ask the HCA to withdraw development plans.
