Restrictions on balaclavas in public places
While balaclavas may have legitimate uses for work, sports, or cold weather, their unrestricted use in public spaces allows criminals to evade justice and creates an environment of fear. We propose restrictions on balaclavas in public places.
We urge lawmakers and local authorities to introduce clear regulations restricting the wearing of balaclavas in public places, with reasonable exemptions (motorcyclists).
We must act now to prevent further violence and ensure our streets remain safe for everyone.
