Westminster to extend heating grants for Northern Ireland domestic properties.
Extend heating grants for heat pumps, gas boilers, solar energy to meet net zero targets in Northern Ireland for the domestic property market.
Emerged during discussions at a recent NI Affairs Committee at Westminster, that Octopus Energy is building high-temperature heatpumps that don't need a whole-property retrofit, at its Craigavon factory in Northern Ireland, YET Northern Ireland domestic property owners cannot avail of grant funding unlike the rest of the UK.
