Set up a department designed to reduce unnecessary and wasteful government spending
UK govt needs efficiency dept for fiscal responsibility, cutting waste, streamlining ops, setting performance metrics, fostering innovation, restructuring, boosting public trust, environmental efficiency, and economic resilience. This could transform public service delivery.
