Update and reformat the child maintenance service process
Revamp and bring the processes and policies into real life.
Ensure a fair, honest and level format for both the claiming and paying parent.
Further investigations need to take place to ensure one parent isn't using the service to financially abuse the other.
The processes currently in place are old, outdated and sided to one parent.
Men and woman are being taken into depths of mental health and financial hell because of this.
