Make teachers sign a contract to work a whole academic year
To many teachers are leaving midway through terms and children are left with either lots of different fill in teachers, this needs to be changed and make teachers be responsible for the whole academic year. Please sign this petition to help our children achieve and not be failed by teachers leaving. Obviously there will be occasions due to health etc, but mainly a lot leave for new jobs disrupting the school and our children's future.
