Greater than 60% of the pump price of fuel is tax, in fact a tax (VAT) is place upon the tax.
Petrol and Diesel is no longer a luxury but a requirment of everyday life. Increased high taxation is not only damaging household finaces but also the ability of our industries and businesses to compete on an international basis.
Increase our competitivness and household wealth by bring fuel taxation and base fuels cost down by 50%
