Limit the brightness of LED headlights on vehicles
Headlight brightness limits are based on the wattage of incandescent bulbs. Regulations should limit brightness based on lumens instead. LED headlight brightness should be limited to 700 lumens for low-beam, and 1200 lumens for high-beams, which is the brightness of halogen headlights.
Most motorists find LED headlights on oncoming cars too bright, and they blind drivers. They can cause migraines and cause night blindness. They are dangerous and will cause accidents.
