Regulate Excessive Cabin Luggage Fees & Standardise Carry-On Sizes
The government should bring in legislation for all airlines to create an industry standard for both carry on luggage and checked baggage.
Regulating both the fees and dimensions so there is an industry standard.
As consumers, we have experienced increasing frustration due to arbitrary baggage rules and exorbitant fees imposed for both carry-on luggage and checked baggage that, in many cases, only marginally exceeds airline-specific size limits. This inconsistency creates confusion and financial strain for travelers, while contributing to a fragmented travel experience.
