Newham council to stop outrageous parking paermit charges fir residents
Stop newham council’s outrageous parking permit charges for its residents on the basis of emissions as we already pay the government for ulez and emissions based road tax charges
As this charge is unfair to the residents of newham and has an impact on people’s finances in the present climate where everyone is struggling financially
