Abolish ground rent completely for all leasehold apartments.
Freeholders are changing nearly £500 ground rent on apartments built in 2016.
Such flats are not sellable.
STOP these extortion by landlords.

Freeholders are changing nearly £500 ground rent on apartments built in 2016.
Such high ground rent are not acceptable by mortgage lenders as there is a forefeiture clause and Freeholder are not willing to do deed of variation without paying them 10s of thousands.
Such flats are not sellable and a trap.
