Allow workers use mobile phones in the workplace as translation application
We hope that this revision will help employers communicate effectively with workers of different races.
The reason is that not every worker is proficient in English. If we can allow employers and workers to use mobile phone translators to communicate when necessary, the work will become more efficient and complete and reduce Misunderstand
