While GBP100,000.00 is mere peanuts to people who have taken MILLIONS out of the pot, it is an amount which the Licence Tax Payer can expect to be protected against misuse as a monetary prize to an employee who the Trustees are planning to sack before re-hiring them a week later on a higher salary and benefits package.
