Can we have a standards and procedure to deal with pedophile whistleblowers within the care system?

Additional Information

Certain whistleblowers within the child care and education systems have been treated very badly. Which indicates a high level cover up. This needs to be discussed at the top level. We demand this is discussed by our political leaders.
