Create a British Corporation for Government Efficiency.
By act of Parliament create an independent body empowered to do to the British state as Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is doing to the American.
The British state harms the body of Britain as tuberculosis harms the body of a man. We had thought this incurable. That Britain was sure to die.
Yet, hark! The bloodless revolution in the United States has inspired us. That which was thought impossible is being attempted. Is succeeding! The subjugation of a malicious bureaucracy. A self-righteous civil service brought to heel. The peaceful return of a state to the control of the people.
This must be done in Britain.
