Leave our £20,000 ISA allowance alone. Failing that, increase it to £25,000!

Petition Details

Rachel Reeves is looking to cut the tax-free ISA limit allowance per financial year from £20,000 to just £4,000. This must be left alone, but if anything, it should be increased to £25,000.

Additional Information

Rachel Reeves, under this Labour government is trying to suck every penny possible from UK tax payers possible.

People who have worked hard and paid tax on their income should be free to save in their ISA, without the need to pay further tax on future returns - returns created by the investment of an individuals ALREADY taxed salary.

Many hard working people are using ISA’s to assist in their retirement. Much needed, seeing as the state pension age is so high. Leave our ISA’s alone!
