Stop the GCSE at a certain age & consider an employment history
I was raised in a dysfunctional household, many weekends we was collected by my grandparents, I skipped from school to school & failed most of my GCSE’s. I appeal for change! I have worked since age 14 & almost 20 years for the NHS. I feel discriminated against & unable to progress due to my education 27 years ago! A time when we were naughty & not recognised as ADAD, Autistic or dyslexic & so much more. I appeal for an employment history to be equivalent.
