Petition Action

Change the law regarding criminal punishment for kids under 18

Petition Details

Too many kids 16 under causing serious fear and destruction. Damaging businesses vehicles and homes, setting fires, assaulting retailers, elderly and anyone in their paths.

Additional Information

There is no deterrent!
Law protects these kids
If it were adults showing these behaviours they'd be up in court at least!
This is an increasing problem, something needs to be put in place so these kids realise the severity of their actions and are punished accordingly
