The amount of deadwood should go to allow further funding for the NHS & Armed Forces.

Additional Information

There is about half a million civil servants and the money saved on pensions, wages and all the benefits that come along with jobs can be redirected to get the NHS & Armed Forces, even thu a small step, back to some sort of normality.
