Campaign for Animal Offenders Register
Please sign in support of an 'Animal Offenders Register', a database that will consist of anyone who has committed cruelty, neglect , abuse or any wrong doing to animals or any persons banned from keeping animals.
Any registered breeders , rescue centres , pet shops ect should check and have access to a database to ensure the animal/s they are passing on / selling or rehoming are not going to any persons convicted of any animal cruelty abuse , neglect or wrong doing.
At this moment in time there are no animal offenders databases meaning animal offenders can easily obtain another animal and potentially
Inflict more cruelty.
