Void the Acts of Union 1706/1707 to Restore English and Scottish Sovereignty
We call on the UK Government to void the Acts of Union 1706 and 1707, dissolving the political union between England and Scotland.
The Acts, passed without public consent, no longer reflect modern needs. Unequal devolution leaves England without a parliament, while Scotland seeks independence. Voiding the Acts would restore sovereignty, enabling both nations to govern independently. We urge a public debate and action to restore English and Scottish laws, prioritizing people’s will over an archaic union. The current system is not working, we need self determination.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
