PLEASE EXPLAIN to us the point of fining BANKS huge amounts.

Additional Information

Banks didn't fiddle the LIBOR, PEOPLE fiddled LIBOR so it is those PEOPLE who should be fined. Banks merely pass the fines on to the taxpayer. PEOPLE who are fined CANNOT pass the cost on to the taxpayer.
