Unclaimed premium bond winnings if not claimed within 20years the money should go back in the draw
There is about 4 billion pounds in unclaimed premium bond winnings these money after a reasonable length of time 20years should be put back into the winnings pot so that it can be won by people holding bonds today
The government could pass legislation to allow this......
