Increase Luke King's sentence for revenge porn to be more than the 12 weeks he was given
Luke King was given a sentence of just 12 weeks for revenge porn.

This was a sexual crime of a man against a woman, and if as a society we agree aggressive sexual behaviour is not okay then sentences for such crimes need to reflect this.
The current sentence of 12 weeks highlights the inequality of women in the UK under current the current UK legal system.
The sentence should be sigifcantly increased to reflect the idea that women should be treated equal to men.

Sentences that appear to be unduly lenient cannot be referred through the E-Petitions website. If you believe a sentence given in a Crown Court appears to be very low, or unduly lenient, anyone can contact the Attorney General's office asking for the sentence to be reviewed as long as it is within 28 days of sentencing. It also only takes one person to make such a request.
