Petition Action

PPI refunds following Bankruptcy

Additional Information

Through the mis-selling of PPI products by financial institutions many consumers were forced into bankruptcy due to over inflated loan repayments. Once a mis-selling scandal is then later discovered, any funds due to be repaid to the victim-the consumer, goes straight to the Trustees of the bankrupt individual and, by default, that financial institution who admitted mis-selling the product, will get a proportion of their own money back as a creditor.
