Subsidise healthy food
Subsidise all UK outlets that serve fresh fruit and veg based products such as smoothies and salads.
An individual can walk down a street in a major city and get free WiFi but lacks the ability to readily purchase affordable ready-to-eat healthy foods or have open access to tap water.
