Driving on motorways and on busy dual carriageways should ne part of the driving test.

Additional Information

There should be a third part to the driving test. After passing the first two parts drivers should have to have tuition to drive on motorways and busy dual carriageways and pass a test before they have a licence to do this. I know several drivers who will not drive on a motorway because they are frightened.
