Replacing BE with C on awards

Additional Information

As The British Empire no longer exists all awards with that in the title should be changed to The Commonwealth i.e. OBE becomes OC. MBE becomes MC and KBE becomes KC. So no longer "of The British Empire" but of "The Commonwealth"
