UK (only) based military service from youth unemployed with education

Additional Information

Proposing, youth unemployment after a lengthy period of time are enrolled in any of the forces of their choosing in a non combat role only unless they chose to after 12 months service. This would free up the professional members of the military to work on deployment and more import and on the ground matter. Whilst the enlisted men and women work at home. But there must be a form of formal qualifications obtainable during enlisted time.
