Any graduate visa holder earning 38900 a year will be granted visa to stay in uk
As the new salary limit is high government did not set 38000 on spouse visa as both partners cant earn this amount than how a graduate can earn this one thing
Secondly if a graduate visa holder earn this amount by working 75 to 80 hours a week pay taxes he would be given visa to stay
As this new salary limit, 70 percent of companies that have sponsorship certificates dont want to hire on sponsorship because they have to pay alot more on this
