I want it to be a legal obligation that Political Parties honour promises made

Petition Details

In the run up to any Election, Political Parties promise to do things in order to gain votes, when elected the Political Party goes against its promises thereby getting in power on false pretences. I want it to be made into law that a Political Party must honour its promises if elected into power.

Additional Information

Only too often Political parties get into power on false pretences. The most recent being Labour promising all the help for WASPI women and getting them compensation and then there was the pledge to stop the boats but this is increasing daily and then the vast amounts of money to house and feed the migrants yet the government cut the fuel payments to the pensioners.
