Recruitment Pay Transparency
Set legislation that ensures Employers advertise the pay and pay range when advertising and recruiting for a new role.
Currently employers are able to advertise vacancies withholding the pay and pay range, this wastes time for both the employer and employee. In many cases, applicants are forced to withdraw further down the recruitment process. Not only has the employer wasted significant amounts of employee time conducting interviews and re-advertising for unfulfilled roles, they have wasted the applicants vital time.
Legislation governing Pay transparency will ensure a fairer recruitment process.
