Equate electric vehicles (e-bikes etc) to automotive transport.
Change the rules so electrically assisted vehicles able to go over certain speed (I.e 10 m/h) should follow same traffic rules as cars: require registration, number plate, driving license and be banned from using pavements and pedestrian only spaces
Electrical vehicles (e-bikes, e-scooters etc.) are capable of going in excess of 30 m/h causing high risk for pedestrians when driving on pavements. There is no control over their ownership and very often they are used by teenagers and people unconcerned about their danger
