1 car exemption in every household.
I want that the house is paying council tax. We have a car. I pay road tax,insurance also council tax.Why do we pay parking permit fee? Atleast we want one car exemption of parking in every household.If we have more the 1 car then you can charge us a parking permit fee.
Because of cost of living we can't Offord heavy parking permit each year.For example I live in ealing Borough. In there we have different parking zones. If we go into other zone we must have exemption of atleast 3 hours. Because we pay parking permit fee to the same Borough.
