Make it a legal requirement for a driver to stop & report cats being run down.
Cats are being run over on a regular bases on our roads, this needs to stop, accidents happen however many people don't report it, or there is no investigation into what happend, this needs to change, a cat is a family and deserves to the right treatment and justice if wrongly run down.
I want the legislation changed to prosecute dangerous and careless drivers who run down cats and who also don't report it, I know this has been argued before however, it is happening now more than ever, this needs to change. Also I belive signs should be put up on roads, to warn drivers of cats.
