Re-think the de-coupling of AS levels and A levels

Additional Information

There is an overwhelming opposition from within education to the de-coupling of AS levels from A levels. Universities, Schools, Colleges, Leaders, Teachers and Parents have all voiced their concerns. There is no need for it. Reverse this incredibly un-popular policy so that students in September 2015 aren't embarking on a lottery of post-16 studies.
