Zak rowlands - Review of sentence
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2842699/Cruel-carer-caught-hitting-disabled-boy-bedroom-residential-home-worried-parents-installed-secret-camera.html
This is a petition urging the General Attorneys office to review the sentence of Stanley Nkenka. Six months is not enough for what he did to Zak Rowland. He targeted a vulnerable person and examples need to be made to prevent what is fast becoming the 'norm' for vulnerable people in care homes. The justice system is far to relax when it is comes to protecting the innocent and the guilty must be punished as a deterrent to these situations.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Sentences that appear to be unduly lenient cannot be referred through the E-Petitions website. If you believe a sentence given in a Crown Court appears to be very low, or unduly lenient, anyone can contact the Attorney General's office asking for the sentence to be reviewed as long as it is within 28 days of sentencing.
