Give Police the power to control riots and disperse violent crowds

Additional Information

We want the government to give police on the ground the power to effectively control rioters and perpetrators of violent behaviour. Officers must be allowed to use tear gas, water canons or any other method of crowd dispersement necessary to protect the public and their property and livelihood.
