Create laws to ensure that a manifesto is adhered to after an election
Ensure laws are in place to hold parties accountable for their manifesto, and ensure they honour its pledges, from which they gained election
The current government failed on the delivery of its manifesto, and obtained power on the back of empty pledges. This can’t happen again
