sia wage structure
Putting in place a proper standard of pay for the SIA security sector, starting with minimum of £8.00 going up with grades of competence , ie site work, door work, etc. Security is not just standing about, it can be confrontational and dangerous, standards and continued training should be rewarded with a better pay structure
