Following the referendum where the Scottish people were allowed a referendum to vote on whether they wanted to remain as part of the UK or not I believe the English population should be allowed the same opportunity to decide if they want to be part of a coalition, union or partnership with Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. The English people should be given the decision of whether they want to be independent from these other nations in the same way as the Scottish people were given the option.
