Stop paying council tax in Birmingham until recycling/ bin collections resolve
To resume weekly bin collections, recycling collections. Fine people who do not recycle. Bring back yearly bulk collections and garden waste. If everyone is paying council tax which seems to be rising yearly, why are we having such issues in 2025?
