Reopen the Woodhead Pass rail route

Additional Information

We must look for a radical solution to the rail and road problems facing South Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.

The only option is to reopen the Woodhead Pass rail route. Using the tunnels under the Hills should look to accommodate both road and rail.
