Additional Information

Make business rates payable on the amount of rent being obtained for the property and not what the Valuation Office think should be the rateable value if the propertry is empty and available to rent on the open market. This is a form of taxation which is based not on fact or a certain percentage, but on some made up figure by the Valuation Office.
