In School allow the Students and parents to vote for their staff like the Prime minister voting system in the UK but a voting system in school to vote your staff like vote for a SLT headteacher

Additional Information

Many students who go to school hate their headteachers and senior staff because of their behaviour or actions. This causes many students who don't want to go to school feeling bored, scared. Start a voting system in schools to give students a better place to be in knowing they got the people managing who they wanted
