Set out a policy where broadband providers and Internet Service Provider's are required to offer identical upload to downloads speeds

Additional Information

With the rise of remote working, cloud-based applications, and content creation, we think upload speeds are just as crucial as download speeds.
As digital infrastructure is crucial for the UK’s economic growth, we think ensuring fair and future-proof broadband speeds should be a priority.
