Newham council have their own police force stop this from happening
Stop Newham Council labeling their enforcement officers" Newham Police " and making their own rules up on dealing with harrassent issues.there can't be two types of police forces in Newham.
David Johnson who is Quadrant manager in Newham council seems to think there is two police force's in Newham is this legal?
