Make the auditing of commercial premises on social media platforms illegal
We think the Government should amend the law to stop what we see as the harassment of commercial businesses by "social media auditors", who have no legal jurisdiction and may not have relevant qualifications.
We think some businesses are being harassed daily by content creators who film staff reactions and post the footage on social media platforms. Sometimes this is for monetary gain and without consent. Also, we think that sometimes the legal use of drones is abused to record footage of private land which can be seen as an invasion of privacy as well as a security threat.
